Tom plays the role of Mr. Pattision. His son, Tucker, has gotten into a bunch of trouble by recording an intimate session with an older woman. Tom appears in 3 scenes in an FBI interrogation room as Tucker is questioned by Agent Booth (David Boreanaz).
Tom's scene was filmed on August 3. The episode is entitled "A Boy in a Tree" and is episode number 101.
