Tom is playing the role of "Phil" the Bay Mirror's film critic. He is a in a couple of cute scenes with Phoebe (Alyssa Milano). There is a fun twist in the last of Tom's scenes.
Tom's scene was filmed on February 14. The episode is entitled "Scry Hard" and is episode number 7-17.
